Our Commitment…
• Stephen & Chrissie have a combined experience of over 35 years and we love what we do! Our clients are encouraged to call in at anytime should they have a query ~ we are right here on the mountain. In addition our clients in business are not surprised to see us visiting from time to time ~ just to see how things are going.
• Our entire team takes the utmost pride in their work; we have regular training sessions and attend specific professional development seminars.
• We are friendly, organised and reliable; we make a complex tax system easy for our clients to understand.

Our Community…
• We are fully immersed in the community of Tamborine Mountain. As such we undertake many audits for the not-for-profit organisations and recognise the valuable work carried out by volunteers. Please call us if we can help your community group…
• We are proud members of the Tamborine Mountain Chamber of Commerce.
• We remain committed to providing work experience for local school students.
• As a busy office, we generate a lot of paper! We have an absolute pledge to use recycleable paper ~ our little bit towards helping retain our beautiful environment.

Our Fees…
• Our fees are both fair and reasonable ~our mountain overheads are small and we pass that benefit on to our clients. To keep our fees reasonable we ask that you pay us before lodgement of your returns.
• Unlike some other firms we do not charge on a ‘time basis’. Our fees are based on a fee for service - this is a much fairer, consistent and accurate method. We are only to happy to discuss our fees with you at any time and can provide firm quotes before we even start your work.

Our Schedule…
• We are bound by both tax office deadlines, our internal deadlines as well as attending to multiple personal requirements our clients have as far as needing supporting documents for Centrelink, finance applications, immigration, BSA licensing etc. Please rest assured we endeavour to meet your needs but ask that you have some understanding towards the complexity of meeting multiple deadlines.

Our Network…
• Each year, when we complete your return, we will go through with you a ‘financial health check’ ~ this is all part of looking after your overall financial well-being. We have a wonderful network of people keen to help with legal advice, banking, finance broking, insurance, business valuations, quantity surveying and financial planning
