Well……. We couldn’t wish for a nicer place to work than on Tamborine Mountain. Our train rides to work in Brisbane now feel a world away and we would not change things for the World! The day we had a peacock with all feathers displayed looking into our office door we couldn’t help but grin and thank our lucky stars we had landed on such a special place to work!
Our clients have become like friends to us, we’ve shared in their happy times and business successes and on more than one occasion have shared their tears when a loved one has been lost.
We’ve immersed ourselves in this special community and are members of the Tamborine Mountain Chamber of Commerce and supporters of our local Landcare. We are auditors for over 30 of local organisations.
It was with great pride that through the local Chamber of Commerce we helped organise and coordinate a project which brought over 10,000 enviro bags into use on Tamborine Mountain. The aim was both to reduce plastic bag use and promote our region. To continue ‘doing our bit for the environment’, gradually we have been able to transition our office into becoming almost ‘paperless’.
Proudly we support our local school’s work experience programs and we have put two students through school based traineeships. As we have grown we have taken on more staff – for the most part they are locals who live and breathe Tamborine Mountain.
We cannot thank the people of Tamborine enough for supporting our business and referring new clients to our practice. It is thanks to those people that our practice now captures clients from the whole of the Scenic Rim as well as the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
